14 days of full functionality, free, before you pay anything.

1. 14-day trial period
Registering an account automatically gives you 14 days of full Premium functionality — completely free, no card required. Try every feature with zero risk before you decide to pay.
The trial applies to the Premium plan and starts automatically when you register an account. The Family plan has no separate trial — it's purchased directly via Škrinjar on the web, with the option to upgrade from Premium (including the trial) at any time. The Free plan requires no payment, so billing is not applicable.
2. How the trial works
During the 14 days you have unrestricted access to every feature of the plan you chose:
The trial starts automatically as soon as you register an account — no card required.
If you don't purchase a paid plan within 14 days, your account automatically moves to the Free plan — no charge is made.
You can upgrade to Premium or Family at any time, during or after the trial — that's a separate, deliberate action that triggers an immediate charge.
No risk: The trial requires no card and no commitment. You can thoroughly evaluate whether Geslar fits your needs before deciding to pay.
3. When billing starts
Billing never happens automatically. A charge only occurs when you actively choose to purchase the Premium or Family plan.
The trial starts automatically as soon as you register an account — 14 days of full Premium access, no card required.
If you don't purchase a plan during those 14 days, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. No charge, no action needed on your part.
You start a Premium or Family purchase yourself, at any time, via Škrinjar on the web (my.geslar.app) — whether during the trial or later as a Free plan user.
The charge is made immediately when you confirm the purchase. At that point you explicitly confirm the purchase terms.
Tip: No pressure — the trial simply expires into the Free plan if you don't take any action. You can purchase a plan any time afterwards.
4. Billing after the trial
Billing: A charge only happens when you actively start a Premium or Family purchase via Škrinjar on the web — never automatically.
Payment processor (Merchant of Record): Payments for private subscriptions are handled by our payment partner, who manages billing, VAT, and invoicing. Geslar d.o.o. does not store your card details.
No refunds after billing: Because you have full access for 14 days before any charge, payments made after the trial ends are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law (e.g. technical error, duplicate charge).
5. Renewals and subsequent payments
Subscription renewals: After the first charge, the subscription renews automatically on the cycle you chose. Subsequent payments (month 2 onward) are not eligible for a refund.
Cancelling without a refund: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, access to Premium features lasts until the end of the period you already paid for — only future charges stop; a charge already made is not refunded.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time, in one click, in the Geslar Vault app or in Škrinjar on the web (my.geslar.app). Cancelling stops future charges, but you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your data: Whichever way you cancel, your local data remains intact on your devices. If you wish to permanently delete your account (including cloud data), you can do so in the Geslar Vault app: Cloud → Delete account.
7. Consumer rights (EU)
Right of withdrawal: As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of payment, under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14) and Directive 2011/83/EU. Because every new account automatically gets 14 days of full access with no card and no commitment, at the moment you choose to purchase (whether during the trial or later) we ask for your explicit acknowledgment that you understand you are waiving your right of withdrawal for the amount charged (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU) — since you already had the opportunity to try the service for free before deciding to pay.
Online dispute resolution: If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
